I haven't blogged for a while. Not that life's been uneventful, but because it's been busy.
We had a really nice holiday season. We got to see a lot of family and friends. We spent Christmas Eve with my family and for the first time ever opened our presents that night. Man, Santa must have been mad at us! Greg and I went up to Canton to see his sister, Elizabeth and family on Christmas day. We got to play with our nephews who are the cutest things ever! I love babies! (No, everyone no kids yet)
New Years was great. We had a ton of friends over and got to see Monica who had been got since forever, Jesse and Nick who were running around Europe all semester, and all our other loved buddies. We even got tricked by Jessica who told us she was in Baltimore earlier in the day and then showed up at our house! Good friends, good food, good drinks. It was a nice night.
Work had been slow at the end of the year, but has now picked up 10 fold. I'm still working as a technical recruiter, but recently got a promotion from Recruiting Assistant to Recruiting Specialist. I'm pretty proud, because I've never gotten a promotion before. I like it a lot and enjoy the fast pace.
Erin and I are taking a trip to Hilton Head next week so she can compete in a talent/modeling/acting extravaganza. It's going to be a much needed vacation for me and hopefully Erin will get famous.
