Heh. Thx for fixing the pic. It really is cool. They brew six beers, the most famous of which is the Pious Monk. It's a darkish lager and it's quite good. You should go up there. Jess and I went to the strip district to go to Penzey's to buy yummy spices, then we headed over to the brewery. It's a really beautiful church and of course, the altar is a big tank of brewing beer. It's nice that someone did something useful with the building instead of just tearing it down. The food is overpriced, but it's pretty good and they have a beer sampler that you can get each of the 6 beers they brew. Oh, and they have their own little hops garden on the deck. It was neat.
