Reading the Heller opinion now. Looks good. I think the Miller test is about the best we can hope for to battle against the anti's "dangerous and unusual" tool. What we have to do from now on is make sure any new firearms technology that might scare the anti-gunners gets produced in high volume quickly, and put into "common use" before federal laws can be passed against it.
