WV Reciprocity |

If you live in WV, Utah, or Oklahoma, you'll be pleased to not that WV now has full CCW reciprocity with Utah and Oklahoma.
Plus South Carolina is in the works, or will be soon.
Now, I'd like to see Florida figure out a reciprocity agreement to South Carolina. As I understand it, the new law in SC requires SLED to grant reciprocity to states with the same basic requirements (i.e. background check and training.)
Update:
I just wanted to note that I really like that the WV Attorney General's website has a reciprocity map.
Update 2:
Florida's DOACS is working on it... more soon. |
