Yes, he's shooting for his native country, but he lives and practices in West, by God, Virginia. I wonder why he didn't mention practicing in England? Could it be that it is easier to participate in shooting sports in WV?
West Virginia University's rifle team has a tradition of producing Olympic-quality riflemen. I'll bet there was a point in time... a long long time ago... when England could more easily participate competitively in Olympic shooting sports.
