In case you are a newbie to politics, consider that hating the American Flag is a poor way to get re-elected... especially in conservative central Florida.
The biggest problem I have with this is actually that there's a business that's been flying a big flag for a long time, and all of a sudden that flag is "too big".
Don't hold your breath for the ACLU to join the fight on this one.
A random thought I had recently about flags: What would happen if someone displayed their state flag above the federal flag? I've seen businesses that display both on one pole, but always the federal on top and I've seen multiple poles, but the middle is always the highest and of course, the federal flag is on the highest pole. Would someone be fined or go to jail for displaying it the other way around?
