Via the latest ILA Alert, here is a must read article explaining the state of the law since Judge Hinkle ruled on it.
The situation is strange because apparently now employers must allow employees with CWPs to keep a firearm locked in their car. But the law was also meant to apply to customers, and that's the part Hinkle struck down... because the authors of the bill made some silly mistakes.
So, expect another fight in the legislature to fix those mistakes... and also expect the same business lobby to make it nearly impossible again.
