Tam puts it well: I can see an America in ten or twenty years where we have a national ID card with biometrics and an integral RFID chip, asset forfeiture is still rampant, we're still losing a never-ending War on Drugs, tobacco and trans-fats are banned, minimum wage is $10/hr, and taxes are at European levels to support a European-style public health system...
...but we have national CCW reciprocity.
That's why this blog is about more than just gun rights, but also nanny-statism, tax stupidity, economic retardedness, etc. I've never been a single issue voter either, although I consider the Second Amendment a good indicator issue for a specific politician as well as the overall "state of things".
