"pinellas county how to legally sell a gun"
Assuming you are not a dealer (if you are, and you have to ask that question, you have much bigger problems...) follow these steps:
-Find a willing buyer.
-Take their money.
-Give them the gun.
Note 1: If you know the buyer is a felon or otherwise prohibited from owning a firearm, you may not sell it to them.
Note 2: Don't do this in a dark alley, make sure the gun is unloaded and properly cased, and use normal caution when dealing with an unknown buyer. In fact, I generally don't recommend buying or selling from someone you don't personally know. But basically, don't be retarded.
Note 3: Don't try and sell guns through the mail. The laws are too sticky, and it isn't worth it unless you really wanna do some research.
Private face-to-face sales between two law-abiding individuals in any county in Florida are 100% legal.
