Question: "Bersa 380 vs Hi-Point 380"
Answer: The Bersa wins hands down. It is a far better gun. It is easier to handle and more accurate.
That being said, the Hi-Point .380 wholesales for like $70 or $80, which means it can be had for a $100 or less. In addition, Hi-Points are, contrary to popular belief, rather sturdy guns. I'd take one over a pointy stick, at least, any day. The Hi-Point, even in .380, is a hefty gun. They also have lifetime warranties.
So, while a lot of people look down on "cheap" guns, the fact is if you can only afford a Hi-Point, get a Hi-Point. It is certainly better than being unarmed. |
