Volokh has an Interesting Article on the cost of tort reform, specifically in state-to-state scenarios. It caught my eye because the post discusses a Wall Street Journal that specifically uses West Virginia as an example. But is an interesting topic as well. Until you think about tort reform in terms of "what does such-and-such ridiculous lawsuit cost me?" you really don't get why it is important to make some changes.
