Still in Iraq. Missing SHOT Show.
I'm also going to miss the NRA convention in Pittsburgh (home of the soon-to-be 7-time Super Bowl Champs.)
But, there are lots of guns here. So that's something.
I have a feeling I'd be smacking my forehead quite a bit if I were at SHOT this year though... what with the S&W Judge Governor, and all the other strange and useless pocket guns that everyone is selling these days.
I was hoping someone at Charter Arms would announce when I can buy their rimless revolver. I guess they have them at SHOT, but still no word on when I can buy one. That and KELTEC's new shotgun are the only two strange, new and trendy guns I'm even interested in buying right now, and neither are available yet.
Ah well, maybe by the time I get out of this hellhole, something I actually want to buy will hit the market. |
