Slightly more balanced than usual, but not by much.
The video report pretty much shows the entire Patricia Tucker anti-Tiahrt commercial that had been running. At least they waited until after Congress shot the changes down. I feel bad for Patricia. It is never good to see a police officer get shot. But we know removing this amendment would not have kept him safe.
The good bit in the video is the interview with the ATF. The thing is, they say "the pro-gun folks support it, saying it doesn't protect criminals, but it does protect law abiding gun dealers and owners." That's it. They don't give any of the supporting reasons (although the do give airtime to the Bloombergian Lies.) So it's about what I expect from this station (and Mike Deeson in particular.) |
