It occurred to me that I never really post about normal weekend activity. I love Thursdays most of the time. It's the day of the week I start really looking forward to the weekend. We have been having some really great weekends lately. Most Fridays the normal crew (or as Jason says, the Usual Suspects) comes over around 7pm and we get or make some food. Last Friday night I actually cooked!! Everyone else was just as surprised too. So then we hang out in the nook or outside if it's nice and just enjoy the Fridayness of everything. We stay up way to late talking about everything. So then Saturday comes along and you know that if it's nice the top will be off.
The jeep that is... Sometimes we get my dad to come with us maybe Liz or Jessica or Erin, but it's usually Greg, Joe and, me. I love being out in the country top town on top of a mountain just enjoying the view. It feels so free to me. It's like flying, but on the ground. Get muddy, mess up our hair, and sing until we run out of CDs. Good times. Last weekend was volleyball and badminton. That was fun, but unfortunate that no one would give me any competition. (lol)Saturday night same thing as Friday maybe give or take a few people. It's just relaxing. We work our butts off during the week, so on the weekend we all play hard. Sundays Greg and I like to just spend together or at my parent’s house. Play with their new baby (puppy names Lily. She's the same kind as Freckles was, God bless her doggy soul.)
Now we've started to take the digi camera with us everywhere on the weekends, so look for new picture in the image gallery as soon as I get around to uploading them. Good stuff and funny as hell. So that's all. I'll post later if something extraordinary happens this weekend. Let’s hope something crazy happens.
