After listening to the audio of the oral arguments, I have a slightly different take on what I think the outcome will be. I predict that we will lose horribly and the court will ban all guns, effective immediately, and order their confiscation. This will lead to a revolution which will be won decisively by gun owners, when our unarmed opponents realize sitting in circles singing kumbaya and chanting pointless phrases about love and peace won't win a revolution. After the revolution, which will only last about 24 blood-free yet thoroughly pant-soiling hours, members of the VPC, Ceasefire NJ, The Brady Campaign, Mayors Against Guns, the Million Mom March, plus Mayor Fenty, Jesse Jackson, Michael Bloomberg, Michael Moore, anyone on this list, as well as the entire payroll of the Joyce foundation will be rounded up and deported to France where they will live in socialist bliss for the remainder of their stupid and insignificant lives. America will continue to thrive and espouse an independent, self-reliant and individualistic spirit which will lead to a new era of freedom and prosperity. Our soil will never be invaded, and foreign terrorists will realize that you simply can't mess with America, so they'll start picking on socialist nanny-state Europeans instead. America will help kick terrorist ass over there as well, because we have always been charitable like that. As the rest of the world finally dissolves into fiscal ruin caused by failed socialist economics, America will be the only remaining superpower, and thus we'll have the ability to bail out the rest of the world, on the condition that they formally declare America to be "the most awesome-est nation in the world" and agree to do whatever we say.
