The FL Senate is voting next week.
Call up your senator and tell them to vote for it. Or not vote for it. Or don't call them at all. I don't really care honestly, because its a pretty dumb bill. I get the point, but the bill is not executed how I would have done it. In my opinion, the NRA is wasting political capital that should be spent on repealing county-by-county restrictions (implementing total preemption.) Or allowing concealed carry on college campuses. Or allowing open carry. Or making damn sure that any legislator that tries to slip "assault weapon" language into a bill gets run out of the state by an angry mob of Floridians with pitchforks and torches. |
