My favorite one was the person afraid to bring up the neighbors snoring noise. On one hand, that's not exactly on par with playing music/movies too loud. On the other, the neighbor might not even know that they snore, or at least that it's that audible to the neighbor. It's not like being large means you're too mean to be approached in a polite way. Besides, the guy might have sleep apnea.
Hell, if I had a neighbor that snored that loud, I'd offer to buy the first box of breathe right strips.
