Just so ya know, I recommend cornelius kegs and a CO2 system. There is an initial investment, but the time and hassle you avoid more than makes up for it. Plus, you can force-carbonate your beer instead of trying to figure out exactly how much of what kind of sugar you use to carbonate your beer in whatever container you are putting it in. And there's no chance of exploding bottles. And you don't have to wait a week or two for your beer to get bubbly. |
