Here we go.
Who knows if the "12 round" thing will fly... I'm sure the storage requirement will be history though.
I just wonder why the District thinks spending taxpayer money by forcing these lawsuits is fiscally responsible. To me it seems more like a personal thing.
DC, you lost. In the HIGHEST COURT IN THE LAND. That isn't an invitation to try more of the same stupid tricks. It means it is time to get with the program, and play by the rules, otherwise congress is liable to take back the limited home rule they granted you.
