By this logic, every time someone is mauled by an animal, PeTA should be investigated for conspiracy to commit murder. Every time someone is hit with a baseball bat, every employee of Louisville Slugger should be detained (or for that matter, every baseball fan). Every time someone is stabbed with a kitchen knife, the CEO of Oneida should be named in a lawsuit.
