Well, good idea, but bad location.
I did the same thing, kinda... right after I my finals in Automata Theory and Advanced Algorithms, I took my notebooks out into the woods, and used them as targets. That was fun... at least more fun than those particular classes. Unfortunately, this dumbass didn't want to take the effort to go out into the woods or to a range. I'm perfectly OK with him being charged with "criminal recklessness with a weapon". Because it is criminally reckless to willfully (or drunkenly) ignore any of the 4 rules... in a populated area, you NEVER know what is beyond your target. Oh, and alcohol doesn't mix with guns... period. Lock up your rifles before you hit the bottle. Or lock up your bottles before you hit the range. |
