Question: "suncoast gun show waiting period"
Answer: Yes, you have to wait over a month between Sun Coast gun shows, unless you don't mind traveling some. For me, I can make it to Tampa, Lakeland, and Palmetto pretty quickly, which means I could theoretically visit a gun show ever other week. The Ft Lauderdale, Ft Myers and Ft Pierce shows are a little too far for me to drive to unless I have a really good reason.
If you live in or around Tampa, this weekend is the last gun show before the election, so I expect it to be somewhat packed. Of course, if the worse of the two socialists gets elected, we still have until January, so there will be a few more opportunities to stock up on politically incorrect gear. I do expect to see a lot of black rifles walking out the door this weekend though.
There are also other shows coming up that are not hosted by Sun Coast Gun Shows. Most gun clubs and ranges around here at least have yearly shows. I believe there is one in Orlando the first weekend in November.
So, normally I'd say it is worth waiting a month to make it to a gun show, but since the election is coming up, you might want go ahead and make the drive so you can get your "just-in-case" naughty black poodle shooter. |
